Mental Health Therapist serves as the primary clinical therapy provider for in-house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility, conducting initial assessments, providing ongoing psychotherapy, managing a caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring Medicare/commercial insurance documentation compliance, and leveraging an advanced EMR to support care in a close-to-home, multi-facility setting. The role offers flexible full-time hours (Mon–Fri), no nights/weekends/call, and a competitive $70k-$100k salary with monthly bonus opportunities within a network of 40+ SNFs/LTC facilities in the Chicago area.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, Clinical Psychologist)
