Job Summary
Mental Health Therapist for CVS Health MinuteClinic (remote). Provide psychosocial support and evidence-based care to individuals, couples, and families (ages 13+) through virtual therapy delivery. Must hold an active LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT license in Georgia and be eligible to practice in multiple states as required. Opportunities include autonomy to grow the MinuteClinic practice, access to assessment and treatment planning tools, and a collaborative clinical care team. Core duties encompass diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, short-term counseling, and applying methodologies such as motivational interviewing, problem-solving therapy, and CBT. Requirements emphasize licensed status in GA, comfort with virtual therapy delivery, familiarity with insurance/billing concepts, crisis intervention skills, and experience in mental health settings. Required Qualifications
- Current, active, and unencumbered state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT).
- Will be required to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs.
