Mental Health Therapist - Clifton

As the primary clinical therapy provider at a Skilled Nursing Facility, the Mental Health Therapist conducts initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for residents, manages a caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to address residents’ emotional, social, and psychological needs, and ensures documentation complies with Medicare and commercial insurance requirements. The role focuses on geriatric mental health within long-term care, offering flexible full-time hours (Mon–Fri) with no nights, weekends, or on-call, plus opportunities for professional growth and leadership tracks.
