Job Summary
Conduct individual, family, and group therapy for children, adults, and families while performing mental health assessments including DSM-V diagnosis. Deliver therapy and case management services via office or telehealth, developing and revising treatment plans with specific goals. Maintain accurate client records in the electronic system and coordinate care with psychiatrists, schools, and community partners to secure service entitlements. Complete clinical supervision monthly and report suspected child abuse or neglect. Requires a master's or doctorate degree, Oregon licensure eligibility, and ability to pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field
- Must be able to qualify as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP)
- be eligible for registration as an associate (Social Work Associate, Professional Counselor Associate, Marriage and Family Associate), a Psychology Resident or licensure in the State of Oregon
- Knowledge and/or experience providing mental health services, including assessment and diagnosis, to children, families, and/or adults
- Must be computer proficient
- Must have respectful, open, accepting attitude toward clients and their families
- Must be able to pass a ODHS background check
- Must be able to work afternoons or some evenings
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the impact of trauma
- experience working with individuals and families from a systemic lens
- Knowledge of best practice methods of treatment for serious and persistent mental illness

- Strong understanding of evidence-based practice

- Experience with record keeping software
