Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health services using evidence-based practices with clients of all ages, maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 one-hour sessions weekly. Utilize expertise in working with children, adolescents, and adults to deliver exceptional service while breaking down barriers between behavioral health and primary care. Operate within a hybrid model, working from the Tigard office or remotely one day per week, with the option to adjust between four- or five-day schedules. Maintain licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Oregon and pass a post-offer background check. Represent the organization professionally as a brand ambassador in a collaborative environment that supports work-life balance and provides access to continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- Expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults
- Full-Time employment status (W-2 Employee)
- 25-client caseload per week
- Ability to see 25 one-hour sessions per week
- Background check passed post-offer
