Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health services for clients ranging from children to adults, maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 one-hour sessions per week. Utilize evidence-based practices while collaborating with therapy consultants to maximize growth and success. Perform background checks post-offer, contingent upon passing the screening. Work a hybrid schedule at the Eugene office with one day of remote flexibility, choosing between four or five days per week. Earn between $76,032 and $120,960 annually based on billable services rendered.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices
- Expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults
- Hybrid -Work from our Eugene Office while having the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
- Full-Time, W-2 Employee
- 25-client caseload per week
- 25 one-hour sessions
- A background check will be performed on all hires, post-offer
- Employment is contingent upon passing this check
- Act as a brand ambassador, consistently representing the company and its leadership positively and professionally
