Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health services using evidence-based practices with clients of all ages, maintaining a minimum caseload of 25 one-hour sessions per week. Utilize expertise to support children, adolescents, and adults while collaborating with therapy consultants for individual or group growth. Work from the E. Burnside or Mill Park offices with one day of remote flexibility, operating under a hybrid schedule. Required Qualifications
- Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- Expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults
- Hybrid work arrangement: Work from E. Burnside or Mill Park Offices while having flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
- Full-Time status defined as 25-client caseload per week, typically consisting of 25 one-hour sessions
- Background check requirement: Employment is contingent upon passing this check
