Job Summary
Conduct behavioral health services using evidence-based practices with a caseload of 25 one-hour sessions per week, typically spanning children to adults. Deliver therapy in a hybrid model at the Woodburn office with one day of remote work, maintaining a four-day or five-day schedule based on personal goals. Manage client intake and billing while adhering to Oregon licensure requirements for LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Maintain licensure through unlimited access to CE4Less continuing education courses. Represent the organization professionally as a brand ambassador in a supportive, collaborative environment that prioritizes work-life balance and autonomy.
Required Qualifications
- Master's in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT
- Experience providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages
- Expertise in working with any age group, from children to adults
- Hybrid work arrangement: Work from Woodburn Office while having the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
- Full-Time, W-2 Employee status
- 25-client caseload per week
