Job Summary
Clinicians provide behavioral health services to clients of all ages using evidence-based practices, joining Brightways Counseling Group’s private practice with a hybrid schedule. Full-time, W-2 employment from Salem with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week and a minimum caseload of 25 one-hour sessions per week. Compensation is based on billable services, with yearly earnings ranging from about $76,032 to $120,960, plus a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, health insurance, CEU support, retirement options, and more. Licensure in Oregon (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) required; Master’s-level degree in related field preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s in social work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or other qualified degree.
- License in Oregon: LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Experience: Providing behavioral health services using evidence-based practices to clients of all ages.
