Job Summary
Provide culturally sensitive outpatient individual and family therapy to diverse clients, developing crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans; participate in case consultations, discharge planning, and collaborative care with a team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and dietitians; ensure timely billing and documentation; must be bilingual in Spanish and capable of professional, ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
- Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
- Educational background leading to professional licensing
- Proficiency in Spanish
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary team and manage documentation and administrative tasks
