Mental Health Therapist (Bilingual) - Silver Spring

Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for consumers with severe mental illness while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to create treatment plans and prepare socio-psychiatric case histories. Provide supervision to graduate-level candidates as preferred. Work full-time Monday through Friday at the Silver Spring Outpatient Mental Health Clinic in a hybrid arrangement, with some salaried positions available bi-weekly. Compensation is fee-for-service or salaried based on licensure, including bonuses, paid training, and comprehensive benefits like medical, dental, vision, and 403(b) matching.
