Job Summary
Primary clinical therapy provider for in-house mental health services at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). Conduct initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy to address residents’ mental health needs. Manage a caseload with a minimum of 5 therapy hours daily. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ emotional, social, and psychological well-being and ensure compliance with Medicare and commercial insurance documentation. Licensure required in Illinois (LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist). Prefer experience with geriatric or long-term care populations. Located in Aurora, IL facility-based role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.
