Mental Health Therapist at Connections Clinic - Second Shift

Job Summary
Conduct individual, group, and family therapy for children and their families in an outpatient clinic setting using evidence-based, trauma-informed, and inclusive practices. Actively engage clients in treatment and recovery planning while providing consultation, education, and outreach to colleagues, trainees, and the community. Deliver Mental Health New Patient appointments to navigate families to beneficial services and apply the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) protocol. Manage a total treatment duration of approximately 8 weeks per patient. Work the second shift from 10am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field
- 3000 hours post Master's experience
- PhD or PsyD from an APA accredited program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) from the State of Wisconsin
- Satisfy continuing education requirements
- Experience working with children and families
- Experience working with diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Experience working with trauma
- Demonstrated ability to provide quality individual, group and family therapy using Evidence-Based Practices
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with caregivers, colleagues, medical staff, and community partners
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work occasional weekends
- Some travel
