Job Summary
Conduct evidence-based mental health treatment and therapy sessions primarily through telehealth video or telephone. Perform intakes, assessments, and counseling for individual, group, and family patients while maintaining accurate documentation according to federal, state, and company guidelines. Provide referrals and intervention services to promote individualized patient recovery. Work fully remote with flexible scheduling between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. EST, seven days a week, including mandatory weekend shifts. Requires an active LPC or LCSW license in New Jersey, a master's degree, and one year of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher
- 1 year relevant experience
- Active LPC or LCSW in NJ
- Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and private, quiet space for sessions
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT)
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Evidence-based Practice
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Outpatient Experience
- 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Telehealth Experience
