Job Summary
Conduct short-term, evidence-based therapy for adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or trauma via video or in-person sessions from your own commercial office space. Deliver culturally responsive care using modalities such as CBT, DBT, or the Unified Protocol while maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance and providing feedback-informed care with standardized measures. Manage a caseload that offers clients the option for virtual or in-person visits within the Jackson, Tennessee area, ensuring all sessions occur while physically located in the United States. Requires a current Tennessee license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) at the master's or doctoral level and the ability to communicate frequently through virtual meeting applications.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician
- Licensed in Tennessee
- Master's or doctoral level
- School of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or Marriage, or Family and Child Counseling
- Licensed and in good standing with governing licensing board
- Commercial clinical space
- Willing to provide in-person services in the CITY area
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Physically located in the United States for clinical sessions
- Mac OS (Ventura or later) or Windows OS (10/11)
- Most recent security updates
- Unmanaged device
- Move up to 10 pounds on occasion
- Must be able to frequently communicate with others through virtual meeting applications such as Zoom and Google Meet
- Must be able to observe and communicate information on laptop
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year of related post-license clinical experience
- 2 years of experience in CBT for depression or anxiety
- 2 years of experience in DBT for emotion dysregulation
- 2 years of experience in Unified Protocol for emotional distress
- 2 years of experience in CPT or PE for trauma
- Passionate about expanding access to high-quality mental health care
- Skilled at providing short-term, evidence-based therapies to a diverse range of adult clients
- Adept at building and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance
- Willing to deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures
- Expert at providing culturally responsive and culturally competent care
- Open to learning from your colleagues and clients
