Job Summary
Monitor and assist with TMS and esketamine treatments under clinical supervision while recording accurate treatment notes and patient documentation. Order and manage medical supplies and medications as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in all treatment areas to ensure a safe, sanitary environment. Provide excellent patient-facing care, fostering comfort, trust, and support throughout each session while collaborating closely with clinical providers to ensure consistent, high-quality care. This role supports full-service behavioral health treatment for depression, anxiety, OCD, and more at Synaptic Psych in Memphis, TN.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human sciences–related field (e.g., psychology, neuroscience, biology, or related discipline)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
