Mental Health Technician - Per Diem - Night Shift - Psychiatric Acute

Provides direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN in a hospital Behavioral Health unit, performing psychosocial interventions, assisting with ADLs, and participating in structured therapeutic activities and groups. Helps design and implement care plans, conducts data collection and documentation, supports patient/family education, and collaborates with nursing staff to ensure patient safety and program participation. Requires completion of high school education/GED; CPI or TEAM certification and BLS are required by the facility, with CNA certification preferred.
