Required Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (no college degree required)
- Heartsavers CPR Certification: Must obtain Heartsavers CPR certification within 90 days of hire
- Level 1 Medication Aide (LIMA) Licensure: Complete licensure course and exam within first 90 days
- Driver’s License: Valid Class E Missouri or Kansas license; comfortable operating a 15-passenger van within 6 months
- Family Care Registry Clearance: Pass Family Care Registry background check
- Training: Complete required training per orientation timelines
