Job Summary
Integrate clients into their recovery journey by providing support consistent with their treatment plan and conducting rounds to offer observations. Engage clients in developing healthy connections within the milieu and the team, while assisting with food preparation and modeling meal supervision. Occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities, utilizing exposure to therapeutic groups to promote clinical growth. This part-time Sunday/Monday or Wednesday/Thursday role offers a path to develop your career in mental health and the eating disorder field at Monte Nido Clementine, a residential program for adolescents seeking treatment for eating disorders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years post-high school education
- Valid state-issued Driver's License with safe driving history
- Good communication skills
- Client relations skills
- Service orientation
- Flexibility
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting
