Job Summary
Engage directly with clients providing compassionate support and assistance in their therapeutic activities, while monitoring behaviors and reporting significant changes to the clinical team. Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, facilitate group sessions, and maintain accurate documentation of interactions to ensure compliance with organizational standards. Collaborate with team members to foster a safe, supportive environment that encourages client participation in recovery. This full-time night shift role (7pm–7:30am) at Community Behavioral Healthcare, LLC requires strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to address unique client challenges.
