Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and support a safe, therapeutic environment under licensed nursing supervision. Assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor and report changes in behavior and condition, and promote safety through continuous observation. Deliver therapeutic activities, nutritional support, and routine unit duties while using de-escalation techniques to meet physical, emotional, and behavioral needs. Perform all responsibilities in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards. Work a 12-hour shift on a 2/3 rotating schedule.
