Job Summary
Mental Health Technician needed to empower youth and/or adults in mental health services. Responsibilities include providing support to individuals with various mental health diagnoses, helping integrate clients into the community and teaching essential life skills, assisting with medication management where applicable, linking clients to resources, serving as a positive role model, meeting with the Mental Health Professional for supervision, participating in case management and team meetings, completing CCS-standard documentation within 24 hours of client contact, and completing required trainings and ongoing education. The role supports program needs with hours varying, including every other weekend and rotating holidays; hourly pay ranges from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour based on degree level.
