Job Summary
Integrate clients into their recovery journey by providing support and interventions consistent with their treatment plan. Engage adolescents in developing healthy connections within the milieu and team while conducting rounds to provide observations. Assist with food preparation and supervise client meals and snacks, occasionally driving clients off-site for appointments and activities. This part-time role includes Friday and Saturday shifts from 7:15am to 7:15pm at Clementine NorthShore, a residential program for adolescents treating eating disorders.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years post-high school education
- Valid state-issued Driver's License with safe driving history
- Good communication and client relations skills
- Service orientation
- Flexibility
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting

- Bachelor's in Psychology
