Mental Health Technician - Adult Psych

Perform vital services for patient comfort and personal needs while documenting care, observations, and charting provisions per registered nurse direction. Assist in creating a therapeutic environment through milieu management and program implementation, functioning as a member of the treatment team. Perform services tailored to the age of the patient population and answer multiple phone system calls while retrieving voicemails. Works under supervision of a registered nurse in adherence to established hospital policies and regulations. Requires a high school graduate with two or more years of post-high school education in behavioral health, psychology, or related fields.
