Job Summary
Direct care responsibilities include supervising residents to keep them safe and secure, implementing milieu management, documenting daily activities, taking phone referrals and conducting admission screens, leading group discussions and activities, aiding residents in utilizing coping skills, preparing meals, contributing to facility cleanliness, and supervising medication administration. The role requires professional presentation, completion of company trainings, participation in yearly evaluations, and the ability to stand/walk as described. Knowledge of core values (integrity, teamwork, trust/respect, care/compassion, ownership/accountability) and a valid Kentucky driver's license are expected.
Required Qualifications
