Job Summary
Provide services to clients under supervision in a group home for adults with mental illness; assist with planning, monitoring, documenting, and evaluating services; observe and report changes in clients’ physical conditions and responses to treatment; maintain documentation; utilize behavioral techniques to prevent injury and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment; respond appropriately in crisis situations; work within an interdisciplinary team and possibly coordinate services; CPR/BCLS certification required; on-site role in Jonesboro, AR, 3p-11p with full-time hours; prioritize organization, leadership, teamwork, and computer skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required
- CPR for Healthcare Workers or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for Healthcare Workers is required
- Good computer skills
- Good leadership skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize
- Patient, consistent, and flexible
- Must be able to work in a team setting and work independently
