Job Summary
Provide services to clients under the supervision of registered nurses, physicians, or psychiatrists while performing tasks within the scope of educational preparation and local, state, and federal guidelines. Function as a member of the interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, including planning, monitoring, documenting, and conducting evaluations. Make observations regarding clients' physical conditions, behaviors, and responses to treatment, reporting significant changes to supervisors. Maintain appropriate documentation and utilize behavioral techniques to prevent injury and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. Respond appropriately in crisis situations and work independently within a team setting. Monday through Friday, 7a-3p.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Healthcare Workers or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for Healthcare Workers
- Good computer skills
- Good leadership skills
