Job Summary
Provide services to clients in a group home under the supervision of registered nurses, physicians, or psychiatrists. Perform tasks within the scope of educational preparation and facility policies, while functioning as a member of an interdisciplinary team to coordinate service planning, monitoring, and documentation. Make observations regarding clients' physical conditions and behaviors, reporting significant changes to supervisors, and maintain appropriate records. Utilize behavioral techniques to prevent injury and ensure a safe environment, responding appropriately in crisis situations. Work weekends from 8p-8a with two additional shifts during the week. CPR or BCLS certification is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Maintenance of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for Healthcare Workers or Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification for Healthcare Workers
- Good computer skills
- Good leadership skills

- Availability for Saturday and Sunday - 8p-8a
