Job Summary
Provide person-centered support and supervision to individuals receiving residential services, assisting them with developing daily living, coping, and recovery skills. Support crisis stabilization efforts through compassionate engagement and structured activities while facilitating therapeutic and skill-building groups. Complete required documentation related to client services and promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. This role involves direct client care within a community-based residential facility, offering evening, night, and weekend differential pay alongside comprehensive health benefits and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of applicable pre-employment requirements, including background screening, driver's license verification, and drug/TB testing where required for the position.
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience in adult care, mental health, substance use treatment, or human services preferred.
- A caring, patient, and person-centered approach.
