Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients hospitalized for psychiatric and emotional disorders while providing safe transportation to and from the facility. Support the hospital's philosophy by fostering a safe therapeutic environment, maintaining communication with nursing staff, and contributing to individualized patient care plans. Multi-task and prioritize duties with strong time management skills. Must possess an active driver's license, pass background checks, MVR, drug screens, and physical exams, and hold CPR and Handle with Care certifications. Minimum of two years clinical experience in behavioral healthcare, phone triage, tele-health, or case management is required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- CPR (American Heart or American Red Cross)
- Handle with Care and Abuse and Neglect training
- Active driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Phone triage experience
- Tele-health experience
- Case management experience
- Experience in a free-standing psychiatric hospital
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong time management skills
- Successful background check
