Job Summary
Provide high-quality care to a client with complex needs, including general personal care, medication management, and light household duties. Manage the client's daily activities proactively while maintaining clear and accurate care observation records. Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, utilizing strong interpersonal skills and empathy tailored to the client's Traumatic Brain Injury and mental health requirements. This live-in role involves a one-week on/off shift pattern and requires the candidate to drive and have access to their own vehicle for commuting. Applicants must hold a DBS, National Insurance number, and right to work in the UK, with previous experience in health and social care being essential. The position is male-only due to genuine occupational qualifications related to patient safety and welfare.
