Job Summary
The Mental Health Staff position focuses on providing mental health services to adults with mental health diagnoses in various settings, including homes and communities. Responsibilities include helping individuals clean and organize their homes, assist with shopping, manage finances, and obtain necessary identification. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of mental health services experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft 365 and familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
