Mental Health Specialist - Part Time (.2 FTE) 3:00pm-11:30pm

Job Summary
Direct patient care under the supervision of the RN in the Lindner Center of Hope. Deliver care aligned with the individualized treatment plan, perform routine direct-care tasks, keep accurate EMR documentation, monitor patient status, collect data (vital signs, observations, etc.), conduct groups and individual interactions, ensure patient safety, and participate in quality and improvement initiatives. Evening shift (3:00pm-11:30pm), part-time (.2 FTE) with weekend obligations, based in Mason, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or a related field and a minimum of six (6) months of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting required; mental health experience preferred.
- OR Associate’s Degree in nursing, psychology, social work, or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting required; mental health experience preferred.
- OR High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years of direct patient care experience in a healthcare setting required; mental health experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record required when transporting patients, in accordance with Ohio Administrative Code Rule 5122-30-31.
- CPR Certification must be obtained after hire.
