  • Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing, in diverse settings
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and mediation
  • Strong verbal and social skills for use with residents and staff
  • Commitment to the protection of confidential information
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to commit to significant job responsibilities
  • Flexibility to function in demanding position
