Mental Health Specialist II, III or IV

Provides culturally competent behavioral health treatment to clients served by Community Counseling Solutions, delivering services in accordance with OARs and CCS values. Responsibilities include clinical services to children, adults and families (screening, assessment, individual and group therapy), joint case planning and coordination with agency partners, acting as client advocate, participating in supervision, developing new programs with community agencies, coordinating cross-agency services (schools, group homes, police, DHS), delivering addiction education and prevention, facilitating groups, providing after-hours crisis intervention, managing paperwork and client records, and transporting clients as required. The role involves working in both outpatient settings and on the road for in-home services and reunification (two days outpatient, two days on the road).
