Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and group-based behavioral health services to male clients ages 5 and up across homes, schools, and justice-related settings. Deliver skill-building, role-playing, and problem-solving interventions while collaborating with external stakeholders like school deans and probation officers. Maintain a maximum caseload of 25 clients, submit timely progress notes, and attend supervision and treatment team meetings. Complete monthly professional development training and teach alternative strategies for conflict resolution and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance
