Job Summary
Deliver Mental Health Rehabilitation Services, providing Psychosocial Rehabilitation to help clients build daily living, social, and interpersonal skills while assisting them in managing triggers and improving self-management. Provide crisis intervention as needed, collaborate with treatment teams and families to align services with individualized treatment plans, and maintain organized caseloads meeting productivity expectations. Document services clearly and accurately in accordance with agency and clinical standards, attending weekly team meetings, trainings, and clinical supervision sessions. Work in-home, in-school, or in-community settings with flexible weekday and weekend options, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree, reliable transportation, and successful completion of background checks and drug screens.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or sociology
- Experience in behavioral/mental health (work, internship, or coursework)
- Professional, organized, and committed to HIPAA compliance and client safety
- Flexible schedule (some evenings/weekends as needed)
- Reliable transportation, active vehicle insurance, cell phone, and personal computer access
- Must pass a criminal background check, drug screen, and TB test
