Job Summary
Provide one-on-one and group-based behavioral health services to male clients ages 5 and up in home, school, community, or justice-related settings. Deliver skill-building, role-playing, and social communication interventions while collaborating with external stakeholders like school deans and probation officers. Maintain a maximum caseload of 25 clients, submit timely progress notes, and attend supervision and team meetings regularly. Complete monthly professional and personal development training assigned by the GRO training department. This role supports advocacy for clients in black and brown communities within the trauma recovery services of God Restoring Order (GRO) Community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Active auto insurance
