Job Summary
Deliver community-based behavioral health and recovery services to adults, including assessments, treatment planning, case management, housing/benefits support, group facilitation, crisis intervention, progress monitoring, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and/or group therapy and ensure comprehensive, client-centered care.
Required Qualifications
