Job Summary
Provide quality care and treatment to children, supporting the classroom teacher with one-on-one or small group lessons and assisting with transitions between activities (e.g., to music and PE), while helping to establish and maintain a therapeutic milieu aligned with each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy. Engage with children during morning routines to support a successful day and contribute to a nurturing school environment, drawing on training in a holistic, relationship-based approach to healing and care.
Required Qualifications
- 19 years or older
- Valid Montana Driver’s License (or obtain within 60 days of employment)
- Must pass a Background check prior to start date
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate or bachelor’s degree in social science or closely related field is preferred but not required
