Mental Health Resident/Licensed Therapist (LMFT)

Provide outpatient, community, and school-based therapy while conducting clinical assessments and crisis services. Help clients resolve issues to avoid institutionalization by building strong rapport and applying creative techniques. Complete clinical documentation and assist with community-based services as needed. This role supports clients and families facing mental health challenges using a Strategic Family Therapy model, often preventing out-of-home placement. Candidates must hold a Master's in Counseling, MFT, or Social Work and be eligible for or already a Virginia Resident/Licensed Therapist. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required.
