Job Summary
Support adults with daily living skills and promote independence through community involvement. Provide structure, compassion, and emotional support while engaging clients in meaningful activities within residential group homes and community services. Work collaboratively within a team to foster meaningful lives for adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses. Experience with autism or personal care is a plus, though full paid training is provided for all candidates. This role requires a compassionate, dependable attitude and willingness to travel between Kennebec and Androscoggin counties.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to attend all mandatory trainings & staff meetings
- Reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel
- Full-Time Employee
- 2nd Shift availability
- Weekend hours required
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with autism
- Personal care experience
- Satisfactory driver's license
- Active CRMA
