Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician ( MHRT)

Support adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health diagnoses on the Turner residential team by facilitating community outings, helping individuals achieve personal goals, and supporting daily living skills. Build relationships, encourage independence and confidence, and be a positive part of someone's day through shared laughter and meaningful interactions. No prior experience required; paid training begins day one. This 2nd shift role runs Tuesday through Saturday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Sunday and Monday off.
