Mental Health Recovery Coach

Job Summary
Conduct rounds, provide observations, and integrate clients through their recovery journey while offering support and intervention consistent with their treatment plan. Engage clients in developing healthy connections within the milieu and team, and occasionally drive clients off-site for appointments and activities. Assist in food prep, model and supervise client meals and snacks, and utilize exposure to therapeutic groups to promote clinical growth. Requires availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts (minimum four per month). Join the Monte Nido Clementine team supporting adolescents in eating disorder recovery.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years post-high school education
- Valid state-issued Driver's License with safe driving history
- Availability needed for Day, Evening and Overnights (requirement of 4 shifts a month)
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Psychology preferred
- At least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting (in states where it is required)
