Job Summary
Conduct patient-centered, evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families, including leading support groups, psychoeducation groups, and delivering webinars. Collaborate with behavioral health and medical clinicians to ensure integrated continuity of care, while managing documentation within the EMR and addressing social needs through appropriate referrals. Requires a Master's level license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, etc.) and BLS certification for a 32-hour weekly schedule at Marathon Health, an advanced primary care provider committed to improving health outcomes and cost savings for plan sponsors.
