Job Summary
Lead and supervise 2 MST teams of 2-4 Therapists serving youth ages 12–17, delivering Multisystemic Therapy in a trauma-informed, person-centered framework. Responsibilities include group and individual supervision to ensure MST adherence, fostering a collaborative team environment, developing engaged community relationships, promoting program referrals, managing clinician caseloads and timely data reporting, delivering MST treatment as needed, and coordinating with MST experts and leadership for program growth and clinical quality. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, and a Master’s degree in a related field with licensure or MST experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area
- Must be either fully licensed OR have two years of MST experience
- Minimum one solid year supervisory/leadership experience
