Mental Health Program Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the group living environment, ensuring residents receive high-level care while managing program schedules and weekly staff meetings. Supervise staff to foster a compassionate, skilled team and consult with clinical personnel during crisis situations and on-call rotations. Work one-on-one with residents to develop personalized, trauma-informed treatment plans, support their personal goals, and maintain financial stability through money management assessments. Ensure all documentation meets program standards and lead with purpose to guide both staff and participants through recovery.
