Job Summary
Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs that support individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs; supervise and train mental health specialists; ensure all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to high standards. The role requires on-call availability, flexible scheduling to accommodate program and staff needs, continued staff orientation and training, and adherence to company policies (including wage/salary guidance). Sign-on bonus available and comprehensive benefits offered.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs
- A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field, preferred
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Current auto liability insurance with reliable transportation
- Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
- PAID training and orientation
