Job Summary
Directs and coordinates the care and supervision of one to two residential programs that support individuals with behavioral health and mental health needs. The role emphasizes supervising and training mental health specialists, ensuring program development, implementation, coordination, and monitoring to high standards. The MHPD is on-call with flexible scheduling and may perform direct service shifts within limits. The position requires a four-year degree in behavioral science or related field (preferred), at least three years of supervisory experience in similar programs, a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and maintaining required auto liability insurance. Designated Manager status per 245D licensing is also noted. Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs
- A four-year degree in behavioral science, or related field, preferred

- Designated Manager status per 245D licensing
