Job Summary
Lead and manage residential services for clients experiencing SPMI and homelessness across programs ranging from 24-hour support to goal-focused intervention. Oversee department performance and key metrics, oversee and develop teams, and ensure high-quality care for clients and stakeholders. The role requires leadership experience, the ability to manage daily tasks with excellence, a DHS background check, and a valid driver’s license. Full-time daytime hours with occasional evenings and weekends, plus rotational on-call availability. Located in the Minneapolis area with program services spanning from Minneapolis to West St. Paul; compensation based on experience ($50,000–$75,000).
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience in any field
- At least 1 year of full-time work experience in human services with increasing responsibility
- Demonstrated leadership experience in any previous role
- Must be able to pass a DHS background check
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle
